  5. Jack who was my sales person in your Greece Store in Rochester NY was so very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions on the new dishwasher I was buying. I was very happy and will return to see him next year when I purchase my new stove.

  6. I have dealt with the sale reps. at the Robinson, Ross Part and South Hill Village stores and the customer service people are great Joanna and Craig at South Hills Tarri at Robinson and Ausar at Ross Park.
    I have had to return ordered items because the drapes were dirty(could see dirt through packaging)
    3 Times. and 3 Times because wrong size was sent . ALL customer reps. were WONDERFUL .

    So off to Sears to purchase another,difficult not to have one for sure. Susan was a great help in helping us to choose the correct ones for our needs. Then we narrowed down the one that fit…….she was very helpful for sure.

Whlie Christmas shopping at the deptford mall NJ , I had one of the most patient and very good salesmn in the mens dept named Koray, Gave me the run daown on the sales and had me take advantage of reopening my sears credit card which I am very happy I did as rewards followed Thanks again Koray I appreciate your time and effort I will continue to shop at sears.

  9. I WAS LOOKING FOR A DIGAL WATCH FOR WORK TO WEAR I WAS LOOKING And I found a watch that had several watches to choose from the sale person was nice to help me and the watch a found it was on sale

  10. Went in Sears today looking for a refrigerator. Met John Schulze in appliances. He took us to exactly what we were looking for. It was a floor model and he told us he would talk to manager to see if it could be sold. In the meantime we went looking around at other places. John said, “ok, see you in a bit”. Very confident in Sears prices and quality! Sure enough, we came right back to Sears and John treated us like royalty! Took care of our immediate need for a refrigerator! So pleased with our new refrigerator and very satisfied with the service! Thank you Sears!

  11. Shopped at Newmarket Fair Mall on July 9, 2017. As always we found what we needed.
    Sears is very fortunate to have such a valuable employee as Sarah Carroll. What a delightful and knowledgeable Sales Associate! We were amazed at the service she provided.
